Woodsball or Speedball - It's all Paintball to the Tippinators
Shake hands, play hard, have fun, make new friends, remember that it is just a game

"Thank you for representing not only us but our great sport. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are the only team that defines professionalism and sportsmanship." - Mike Silva PBL Action Sports and Commissioner of Tippmann Challenge Canada
The Tippinators love paintball, every type and style of the game. Woodsball, speedball, recball or xball, it doesn't matter to the Tippinators.

Formed in 2005, the Tippinators can be found playing woodsball every Sunday at Mersey Road Paintball in Nova Scotia, Canada, as well as scenario, speedball and xball events throughout Eastern Canada and US.

ATWL - Atlantic Tactical Woodsball League The Tippinators purchased the Atlantic Tactical Woodsball League (ATWL) in 2010 and will be running the competitive woodsball league for the foreseeable future.

"The word Tippinators has become synonymous with honesty, integrity, fair play, embodying the very best this sport has to offer." said Brent Cunningham of Tippmann Sports in Fort Wayne Indiana. "We know the Tippinators will represent the sport of paintball with class and professionalism."

“The Tippinators will do a great job with the league."said Shaun Langille outgoing owner, "I know that the ATWL league is in the best hands it ever could be.”
After enduring a few growing pains in the first two seasons of play in Atlantic Canada the Canadian Xtreme Paintball League has made a few changes to the structure of the Atlantic conference of the MXL. A change in the number of teams playing MXL and the rookie league RXL, plus venue changes and number of events will make the league much stronger moving forward.

The Tippinators are far to competitive to completely give up xball, so the team reentering the league is no surprise. Xball is a sport like no other. It is more of an addiction than any other sport. Once it is in your blood you can never get it out.

In 2012 the Tippinators went out to have fun, shoot some paint and represent the sport with dignity and class. The Tipps plan to rebuild the team and compete again next season in the RXL plus travel to woodsball events in the Atlantic region and beyond.

Tippinators Use Two Logos Tippinators have always played both woodsball, competitive speedball and xball. With the Atlantic Xtreme Paintball League becoming the MXL Atlantic division of the Canadian Xtreme Paintball League the team will have xball jerseys supplied by the league.

For the first time in team history different jerseys will be worn by woodsball and xball players. To clearly identify the difference between the two styles of play it was decided to create a new logo for the xball team. The woodsball players will wear the traditional large cyclone behind the name. The xball logo is the team name and Mersey Road in the Tippmann Effect style font with a cyclone replacing the O's.

Whether traditional or new style logo the game played by the players will be the same. Shake hands, play hard, have fun, make new friends, remember that it is just a game
